This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies Prop IQ uses, why we use them, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and web beacons. We use "cookies" to refer to all of these.

Categories we use

Essential cookies (always on)

Required for the platform to work — signing you in, keeping you signed in during your session, and remembering your cookie preferences. You cannot turn these off.

Security cookies (always on)

Detect fraudulent activity, prevent bots and protect your account.

Login cookies (always on)

Keep you signed in across pages and browser sessions.

Functional cookies (optional)

Remember your preferences — recently viewed properties, dashboard layout, filter selections.

Analytics cookies (optional)

Help us understand how people use Prop IQ so we can improve it. Analytics are aggregated and do not identify you personally.

Performance cookies (optional)

Measure page-load times and errors so we can fix problems.

Marketing cookies (optional)

Used only if you opt in. Help us measure the performance of our marketing and, where you have consented, personalise offers.

Managing cookies

The first time you visit Prop IQ you will see a cookie banner with three choices:

Accept All — enables all optional categories.
Reject Non-Essential — only essential, security and login cookies are set.
Manage Preferences — choose categories individually.

You can change your preferences at any time from the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer.

You can also block cookies in your browser settings. If you do, some features may not work.

Consent record

We record the date, time, choices and technical details of every cookie consent so that we can prove your consent if required. See our Privacy Policy for how long we keep this record.

Third parties

Some optional categories rely on third-party providers (for example, Google for analytics or maps). Those providers may set their own cookies subject to their own privacy policies.
