Prop IQ includes an AI assistant known as "IQ" and uses AI to analyse documents, generate summaries, produce solicitor briefs and suggest recommendations.
Please read and acknowledge the following before using AI features.
What AI is doing
- IQ's responses are generated automatically by large language models.
- IQ may occasionally produce information that is incorrect, incomplete, out of date, or missing important context ("hallucinations").
- Numbers, dates, addresses, prices and legal clauses generated by AI should always be independently verified against the source documents.
What AI is not
- IQ does not provide legal advice. A solicitor brief is a summary designed to help you talk to your solicitor — it is not a substitute for a solicitor.
- IQ does not provide financial advice. Anything IQ says about mortgages, cash flow, refinancing, capital gains or investment strategy is general information only.
- IQ does not provide taxation advice. Talk to a registered tax agent about your situation.
- IQ does not replace licensed professionals — valuers, real estate agents, conveyancers, building and pest inspectors, or accountants.
Uploaded documents
- When you upload a document, its text (and where necessary, images) is sent to our AI provider (currently Google's Gemini via the Lovable AI Gateway) to extract text and generate summaries and highlights.
- Your documents are not used to train third-party AI models.
- You can delete uploaded documents at any time from your Property Vault.
Recommendations
- Recommendations, checklists and next-best-actions are general guidance only and are personalised using the information you have provided.
- You are responsible for deciding what to act on.
